UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.
Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.
Adventure Worx offset our carbon emissions produced by all of our deliveries. We are supporting the Pachama project.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@adventureworx.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CLASSIC SERIES II RANGE
Keeping your food fresh and your drinks cold no matter where you are, the Classic Series II range of electric cool box includes an advanced electronic control system with a dimmable backlit touchpad for easy night time operation, as well as a 12V power input readout for simple voltage monitoring on the display.
Beneath the Classic Series II’s tough steel outer casing, a reversible basket with divider helps keep food and drinks stored neat and tidy, while a convenient drain plug allows for simple cleaning.
Not only enabling full control of fridge settings including temperature and battery protection, the wireless transmitter included with the Series II allows remote display and control through LINX and smart devices via the Fridge Connect app.

ARB COOLER CONNECT APP
Granting users full control of the Series II cool box via mobile devices, the ARB Electric Cool Box app can turn the fcoolbox on and off, as well as manually adjust (or set via pre-sets) the target temperature and display the target tempt, power input voltage and cooler compressor status. Available on Google Play Store & Apple App Store from April 1st, 2019. Note: For Classic Series I (post 2014 models), the new transmitter and app can be used to display the temperature, input voltage and compressor status.

Yes! As soon as your order has been dispatched by the team here at Adventure Worx you will receive tracking information by sms and email as long as you opted in at checkout.
Payments
We accept all major Credit and Debit card providers in addition to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Laybuy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Adventure Worx uses 3D Secure Verification and leading payment partner Stripe to handle all secure payment transactions.
At this time the only alternative payment method supported is Laybuy.
