When heading out onto the water one of the biggest concerns is what to do with your personal belongings. Instead of leaving them in your car and a key hidden out of sight we wanted to create a solution that would enable you to keep all of those essential items with you without the fear of them getting lost, damaged or stolen.
Our 100% waterproof pouch is the perfect solution. Big enough to store your keys, wallet and phone but small enough to not get in the way of your experience. The padded internal pocket means your phone is protected against any knocks and scrapes and our hard wearing Armour Tech material combined with the YKK aquaseal zip offers reassurance that no water will be able to get inside.
UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.
Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.
Adventure Worx offset our carbon emissions produced by all of our deliveries. We are supporting the Pachama project.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@adventureworx.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We use DHL, DPD, UPS or TNT to ship your Adventure Worx order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
We aim to get your Adventure Worx order to your door as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days using our standard service.
Yes, absolutely! If your order has been lost or damaged in transit then please contact us right away. You can do that here.
Yes! As soon as your order has been dispatched by the team here at Adventure Worx you will receive tracking information by sms and email as long as you opted in at checkout.
Payments
We accept all major Credit and Debit card providers in addition to Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Laybuy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
Adventure Worx uses 3D Secure Verification and leading payment partner Stripe to handle all secure payment transactions.
At this time the only alternative payment method supported is Laybuy.
