You must have your own roof bars fitted to your vehicle rated to a minimum of 60kg to hire our Roof Top Tents.
Roof bars with raised sides or a cage are not compatible with our tents. If in doubt please get in touch for details before booking.
Minimum 1 night hire when booking.
Valid ID for the hiring party must be provided on collection, if you do not have ID we will not be able to complete your hire, and your hire will not be refunded.
We will take a copy of your ID that will be held securely, and then destroyed once your hire is completed. Driver's licence or passport is accepted.
A security deposit of £500 is charged for every hire. The security deposit will be refunded when the equipment is returned subject to the following conditions:
If equipment is returned late a fee of £80 will be deducted from your security deposit. A fee of £80 per day will be incurred for every subsequent day if the equipment is not returned. If this amount exceeds the value of the security deposit we will seek these fees via a third party debt collection agency.
You must be able bodied and comfortable climbing a ladder to access the tent.

- All rips or stains, broken poles, missing parts or any other damage as a result of misuse either accidental or deliberate will result in retention of your security deposit.
- All equipment must be returned by the agreed time and date shown.
