UK Mainland and International orders are sent via Courier. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and are sent on a next day service (UK Mainland Only), however sometimes it can take 3-5 working days for you to receive your delivery depending on how busy the Courier network is and any shipping disruptions.
Click and Collect is available at no charge to our branches. Customers will be contacted upon completion of their orders and notified that they are now ready for collection.
Adventure Worx offset our carbon emissions produced by all of our deliveries. We are supporting the Pachama project.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@adventureworx.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The CFX3 app provides a whole new level of control and connectivity. Download it for free in the App Store or Google Play Store, and connect to your powered cool box via your smartphone. Control and monitor the temperature of the cool box remotely, whether it’s from the front seat of your vehicle or in bed after a long day of exploring. Thanks to our user-friendly interface, it’s easier than ever to track the cooling status of your CFX3. If you happen to leave the lid of your CFX3 open, the app will send you a notification telling you to close the lid. While powered, the app keeps detailed records of the temperature and power consumption history, so you know your limits on your next journey. Go and explore. Enjoy peace of mind.
DIGITAL DISPLAY FOR EASY COOL BOX MANAGEMENT
The CFX3 series features an easy to read high-resolution colour display panel which states the temperature and status of the cool box. Several protection systems are built into the display, including a scratch-resistant cover and IP64 rated housing to protect against dust and water splashes, so you can feel confident wherever you go. The upgraded USB port is now located in the display panel for a faster and more ergonomic way to charge your portable devices. The intuitive user-interface displays the voltage, Bluetooth/WiFi connection status and temperature in colourful graphics. The operating settings of your cool box can be adjusted at the press of a button with a simple menu.
